E-survey for AELE 3473 English for Mass Communication

Dear all C2 & C3 students:

Please be informed to do the E-Survey for Mr.Azlan at TAR CeL web (http://elearning.tarc.edu.my/index.htm) for AELE 3473 English for Mass Communication.
The login password: azlan

Instruction:
1. Go to www.tarc.edu.my
2. Click CeL (which is on top of the web page)
3. Login to CeL with your username (your I.D No.) & password (your I.C No., if you didn't change it before)
4. Enter to the Unit and Instructor Evaluation Survey SSH (which is on your right hand side; the column of My Courses)
5. Click the AELE 3473 ENGLISH FOR MASS COMMUNICATION (the fifth choice in the Unit Documents)
6. Choose our Tutor name, Unit and Instructor Evaluation Survey: Mohd Azlan Shah (the third choice in the AELE 3473 ENGLISH FOR MASS COMMUNICATION)
7. Click OK to enter the E-Survey Section
8. Type in the password (password: azlan) to continue the E-Survey Section
9. After done all the questions, click the submit on the buttom ofthe web page.
*Don't need to save every question after you choose, just submit it when you done it.*

Please inform your classmates as well.
